The Cobbler's Hajj
(22.12.2007)
It
is related that a noted Muslim scholar Abdullah bin Mubarak, had
a dream while he was sleeping near the Kaaba.
Abdullah bin Mubarak saw two angels' descend from the sky, and
start talking to each other.
One of the angels asked the other: "Do you know how many people
have come for Hajj this year?"
The other angel replied: "Six hundred thousand have come for
Hajj."
Abdullah bin Mubarak had also gone for Hajj that year.
The first angel asked...(MORE)
I can't
understand, why Islam allows polygamy, which is a true
humiliation for a woman?! (26.11.2007)
Polygamy means a system of a marriage, whereby
one man has more than one wife.
The Qur'an is the only religious book, on the
face of this earth, that contains the phrase 'marry only one'.
There is no other religious book, that instructs men to have
only one wife. In none of the other religious scriptures,
whether it be the Ramayan, the Mahabharat, the Talmud or the
Bible does one find restriciton on the number of wives. So one
can marry as many as one wishes, and people did so. It was...(MORE)
The
Wisdom Behind Fasting (20.9.2007)
From the wisdom of fasting is that:
It is an act of worship done for Allâh, in which the 'abd
(servant) draws closer to His Lord by abandoning the things that
he loves and desires, such as food, drink and sexual intercourse.
So because of this, the truthfulness of his Faith and the
completeness of his servitude to Allâh become apparent, as well
as his love for Allâh and his longing for what Allâh has
prepared for him (of good). This is since the one who fasts does
not abandon something that is beloved to him except for that
which is greater to him than it (which is Allâh). When the
believer knows that Allâh's contentment lies in the fasting -
which is abandoning those desires that he naturally loves - he
will give his Lord's contentment precedence over his desires.

SAFF (10.8.2007)
This is a theme for muslims. I don't wan't to talk about the
magazine SAFF nor about the SAFF in Arabia (Saudi Arabian Football
Federation). I want to talk about the saff (rank) in the prayer. I
noticed that nowadays we give little attention on their value. With
this article I don't want to criticize anyone, but I just want to give a piece of advise to my brothers and sisters in islam.

ANSWER
FOR THE PROFESSOR! (26.5.2007)
I am a student of the third year
in the Grammar school on Jesenice. I remeber my first year, how
it was. New classmates, new professors, new environment… I admit
that I was scared, but I still must have said something on my
first slovenian-language-lessons. We were learning about the
orient literature, arab literature. The subject had no interest
to me and I have to admit (again) that I wasn't following the
lesson. The professor mentioned in one moment the Qur'an and it
woke me up.
She said that one schoolgirl asked
her: »Where do the women go?« (because it isn't mentioned in the
Qur'an)
The professor
answered: »Nowhere!« (not in Paradise not in Hell)

BE A MISSIONER!
(18.5.2007)
Duty for every
muslim is that he has to work on da'wa (missionary), because he
will be asked on the Day of Judgement, why didn't he call people
to the right path. We all know that everyone will forget on
their mother, father, brother, sister, friends etc. There is a a
thought that even Jesus (Isa a.s.) will forget on his mother
Mary (Maryam). Our duty is to present Islam in his best light
and on the best possible way to the nonmuslims or muslims.

ADNAN'S KHUTBA (12.5.2007)
TITLE: BLESSINGS OF ISLAM
Lets take this example, when God speaks about the
beauty in freedom:
»And pray to Allah and don't think he has
equals!«
In simple language: it is commanded that we are
only God's slaves, because if we are sincere God's slaves, we
won't be no-man's slaves, we won't be slaves to human needs and
passions, we won't be slaves to human delusions nor ideologies
and human forejudgements.
You will be free in your soules, in your hearts
and that will be in God's limits or His laws, which protect us
so we don't fall in trubles and with that endanger other people.
